• The desired temperature can be set using the thermostat (7) knob.

1 110°C
2 150°C
3 200°C
4 230°C
5 280°C
• Turn the handwheel to the left
to set a lower temperature.
• Place the greases collection tray correctly (6).
☞
Do not use the appliance if the greases collection tray (6) is not
correctly placed or if it’s not clean.
• Place the foods to cook on the plate.
☞
Never Do not use sharp or barbed tools on the plate (5) to not
damage the non-stick coating.
Always use a wooden or plastic spoon resistant to heat.
• Flip and/or lift the foods to check their cooking condition, use a kitchen tool (wooden
or in plastic) suitable for high temperatures.
