Step 1
Register & Download License
Using the smartphone or tablet that will be used to manage locks go to:
www.ojmar.us/OCS-SMARTlicense to register and download your license.
Step 2
Download the OCS
®
SMART Maintenance App
On the same device as above, scan below QR code with camera and then
download the App: OCS Smart - Maintenance.
This guide allows Managers or owners to quickly set up
and program newly installed OCS
®
SMART locks. For
comprehensive information on how to set up and manage
all features, technical specifications, and FAQ`s, please
refer to the User Manual available online at:
ojmar.us/OCS-SMART_user-manual

• The OCS
®
SMART can be managed via smart phone App or by
using the keypad. This guide refers to management by App only.
• Minimum device requirements for installation and use of App:
System: IOS > version 12.0 or higher
Android > version 5.0 or higher
Ble: User – version 4.0 Firmware update 4.2 or higher
Step 3
Configure the OCS
®
SMART Maintenance App
Open and select “MAINTENANCE APP” button.
Step 4
Load license from Step 1 into App
Step 5
Accept requested permissions
Press “OK.”
You are now ready to configure all Installed locks using the
OCS
®
SMART Maintenance App!
The license should appear as
OCS_Smart_Ojmar_license
Click to download license.
> Note: In most cases, the license file will be
found in “recents” for iOS and “downloads”
for Android devices.
