  If your Oki Printer isn't printing, first, ensure the correct IP address is set. If LPD spool is set to Memory, and a single print file exceeds the receiving capacity, split the file into smaller parts. If multiple files exceed the limit, reduce the number of files sent at once. For an irrecoverable error, try turning the printer off and then on again. If the print data format is different, disable the Ctrl-D output function.

Ensure the print queue is assigned to the printer and doesn't exceed the maximum supported queues. Set up the slave file server using PCONSOLE.

If there are multiple browsers, set the Auto Master Mode in the config.txt file to Off and reboot the printer. If the printer and client computer are on different networks, contact your system administrator. Check the config.txt file settings (WINS Primary Server, WINS Secondary Server, Subnet Mask) against the client computer settings. If the host name already exists, change it in the config.txt file or reset the printer settings.

  If you can't delete documents from the Oki Printer window, select the document and choose 'Cancel Printing' from the Document menu. Note that deleting all documents is only for the printer administrator. If you are not the owner of the document, log in to Windows using the owner's name. If you're using Windows NT 4.0, make sure Service Pack 3 or above is installed.

  If you can't perform auto driver downloading on your Oki Printer, make sure Auto Driver Download is enabled in the config.txt file, and then reboot the printer. Also, ensure the correct printer driver is saved, and then reboot the printer. The printer driver should be saved inside a folder within two levels from the drivers’ folder. The folder name should have eight alphanumeric characters.
