Error Code 391, 392 (Paper feed jam)

Pull out and remove the paper cassette
of the indicated tray.

Remove the jammed paper from the
unit.
Insure that there are no pieces of paper
left in the unit.

Reinstall the paper tray into the machine.
4
Remove any documents from the scanner’s document tray and lift the scanner unit.
5
Press the top cover open button (1) and
open the top cover.
Close the top cover.
Close the scanner unit
Turn the power on.
