A paper jam has occurred in the scanner ADF
1. If a sheet is well advance out of the ADF
secon, simply grip and pull gently to draw it
fully out.
NOTE: If it does not remove easily, do not use
excessive force.
2. Li the ADF cover.
3. Remove any loose paper from the ADF.
4. If there is any paper trapped in the feed
mechanism:
(a) Li the feeder mechanism
(b) Remove any paper from ADF mechanism.
5. Lower the ADF cover.
6. Press the STOP buon to restore the scanning
head to the correct posion.
