Check the EAP method supported by the access
point and check whether it supports EAP-TLS.
The encryption methods
between the printer and the
access point do not
coincide.
Change the encryption method of the access point
to TKIP.
The Cipher Suite between
the printer and the access
point do not coincide.

Change the setting of the RADIUS server and set
the Cipher Suite supported by the RADIUS server
to Active.
