Panel
The control panel shows the
printer status, and displays error
messages and help information.
The control panel standby screen can
be used to show the “Supplies Life”
or the “Unwinder Config”. When an
error occurs on the printer, corrective
action can be taken while monitoring
messages that appear on the control
panel.
Function
Function setting configuration on
the control panel
The control panel can be used
to change the paper size, and
to configure the network setup
and other function settings. The
administrator password can also be
set using the control panel.
Power
saving
Power consumption is reduced
while the printer is not in use
(Power Save Mode).
When the printer is not used for a
fixed amount time, it automatically
enters a Power Save Mode and
reduces power consumption. You
can also enter the Power Save Mode
manually by pressing the <POWER
SAVE> button.
