PROBLEM
• The dehumidifier will not work.
• The dehumidifier will not dehumidify.

SUGGESTED SOLUTION
• Insert the plug or make sure there is voltage.
• Set to the desired position.
• Empty the tank.
• It is normal in certain conditions for the
appliance not to dehumidify.
LIKELY CAUSE
• Plug not connected.
• Humidistat set to minimum.
• Tank full of water.
• The temperature and humidity in the room are
too low.
• Room too large.
• In the room there are powerful sources of
humidity (boiling pans).

CAUSES
• La fiche n’est pas branchée.
• L’humidistat est réglé sur le minimum.
• Le bidon est plein d’eau.
• La température et l’humidité du local sont trop
basses.
• Le local est trop grand.
• Il y a trop de sources d’humidité dans le local
(casseroles avec liquides en ébullition).
REMEDES
• Introduire la fiche dans prise et s’assurer que
le courant arrive bien.
• Régler l’humidistat sur la position désirée.
• Vider le bidon.
• Il est normal que l’appareil ne déshumidifie
pas dans certaines conditions.
