Clean or change the sensor.

The magnetic head is defective. Change the magnetic head.
UV Sensor The UV lamp tube is defective or the
UV sensor is damaged.
Change the UV lamp tube or UV sensor.

The sensor in the infeed tray is soiled

Clean or change the sensor.
Stacker

The sensor in the output tray is soiled

Maintenance
 Switch the machine off prior to cleaning.
 Clean off dust with a soft, clean brush or a soft, lint-free
cloth.
 Clean the sensors after each use.
 Clean the magnetic head, UV lamp tube and UV
sensor using a soft cloth moistened with isopropyl alcohol.
 Do not use any cleaning agents or solvents.
