Model 50
To Adjust Platform
- One or both ends may be lowered depending on size of child.
To Lower Ends(s)
- While holding end, press red button and then lower end.
To raise end(s)
- Lift end as high as possible and until red button pops out and the word
LATCHED appears on the top of the button.
To Turn On
- Push On/Off button. Wait until zero weight appears on display.
To Weigh Child
« Place child on platform. Note: Sides and ends are part of weighing platform.
- Ifchild is active, press Average/Unlock button. Wait for Averaging light to stop
biinking and Locked light to come on. Read weight.
- Do not touch platform while Averaging light is blinking.
To Reweigh Child
- Press Average/Unlock button to unlock display.
- Press Average/Unlock again. Wait for Averaging light to stop blinking and
Locked light to come on. Read weight. |
To Recall Weight
- If Scale is turned off, press Recall to display last locked in weight.
To Weigh Next Child
- If locked, press Average/Unlock button to unlock display.
- Place child on platform.
- Press Average/Unlock button. Wait for Averaging light to stop blinking and
Locked light to come on. Read weight.
To Cancel Out Weight of Toys, Blankets or Other
Objects
- IfScale is off, place object on platform. Turn Scale on and wait for zero weight
to appear. Then place child on platform and proceed with weighing.
- IfScaleis turned on, place object on platform and press Zero button After zero
weight appears in display, place child on platform and proceed with weighing.
To Change Kilograms to Pounds-Ounces and Vice Versa
- Press Kg/Lb button.
