Adjust the aperture dial to the aperture
mode of the flash unit. (Refer to Section 2 in
page 26 as to adjustment of the aperture
dial.)
Example: Lens Used AF ZOOM 35
70mm F 3.5 — 4.5
Set the mode dial at "M".
Using conventional auto flash units
If you use non-dedicated conventional auto flash units other than T-saries flashes and
the F280, it is necessary to use a Manual Adapter 2. The flash will not fire without it
when used with an AF lens.
