Point the camera towards a subject,
and place the subject on the AF target.
● When the mode dial is set to , the
total recording time is shown. Total
recording time depends on the memory
capacity of the card.

Press the shutter button all the way to
start recording.
● The number of seconds remaining
appear.
● When the subject is in focus, the green
lamp blinks once.
● During movie recording, lights in
red.

Green lamp
This function allows you to record movies. Focus is locked during recording. If
the distance to the subject changes, focus may be compromised.
