When the computer has recognized the camera, the Apple Image
Capture software is started automatically.
Select “File - Close” to exit the Apple Image Capture software.
The camera is indicated with an icon labeled “Unlabeled”, “Untitled”,
or “NO-NAME”.
If none of these appear, there may be a problem with one of the following.
c the camera’s power source (the AC adapter is not properly connected or
the battery power is low.)
d the card (there is no card in the camera or there is a problem with the
card.)
Check that you can play back pictures stored on the card on the
monitor of your digital camera.
e the connection between the camera and the computer
Check the USB cable connection.
Double click the “unlabeled”, “untitled” or “NO-NAME” icon.
Check for the “DCIM” folder.
This confirms that the camera is recognized by the computer. You can
now operate the files on the computer.
