How to select the flash mode:
As you press the FLASH mode button, the mode
switches as shown below. The selected flash
mode is displayed on the LCD panel.
Notes:
AUTO-S will not be canceled when the power is turned OFF.
All other modes will return to the AUTO mode.
In the Auto and Auto-S Flash modes, the flash strength is
automatically controlled to prevent pictures from being
overexposed even when the subjects are close.

Automatically fires in low-light

Significantly reduces the phenomenon
of "red-eye" (when a subject's eyes
