Before moving the equipment with its load, it is compulsory to identify the simplest and safest route, in order to reduce direction
changes to a minimum.
Mandatory ! check that knobs are thoroughly tighten when you use the equipment
When moving the equipment while it is loaded, it is compulsory to proceed slowly, even in straight sections, slowing down
opportunely during direction changes and making sure that one of the wheels does not get caught. If one gets caught, stop
movement immediately and find the reason: in the event of defects or failures, interrupt operations and remove the load with an
appropriate lifting device with the proper characteristics.
It is compulsory to park the equipment on a flat surface that does not allow any unwanted movement when it is being used. The
parking place must be suited to prevent deterioration and unauthorised use of the equipment.
Mandatory ! operate the equipment only when it lies firmly on all four wheels.
It is compulsory to check that there are no hazardous conditions for persons at risk during operation. If there are, stop any
operations underway immediately and keep people away.
Use only original OMCN spare parts for maintenance operations. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damage
caused by the use of unoriginal fittings.
The use of non-original spare parts will instantly invalidate the warranty.
IT IS FORBIDDEN:
It is forbidden to place an object between the rolls and the wheel.
It is forbidden to use the equipment improperly or incorrectly; it should be used exclusively for the purpose described in
paragraph SPECIFIC USE.
It is forbidden to climb onto or remain on the support elements of the equipment or to use same equipment for transporting
oneself.
The equipment must never be used if the room temperature is below 5°C or over 40°C.
It is forbidden to use the equipment on inclined planes.
It is forbidden to cause the load to swing during use.
It is forbidden to move the equipment using transport means or devices: the equipment must be moved manually
It is forbidden to remove protections, safety signals or tamper with safety devices installed on the equipment. This violates
European standards on safety. The pictogram and labels must always be kept legible and intact.
It is forbidden to tamper with or modify the equipment: any tampering or modifications to the equipment automatically and
immediately nullifies the guarantee and relieves the manufacturer of any liability for direct or indirect injury caused by such
tampering or modifications. The equipment must always be kept intact and perfectly efficient.
