Why does my OMCN Lifting Systems jack not lift the rated weight?
    • S
      Sara HansenAug 12, 2025
The jack might not be lifting the rated weight due to a dirty or damaged lowering device. You can address this by removing the descent device (REF. 32-36 Spare parts table), cleaning it, and replacing it if damaged, while handling it with care. Alternatively, worn-out cylinder gaskets or a dirty/damaged overload safety valve could be the cause. In these cases, it's best to send the equipment to the maintenance center of your authorized dealer.

    • W
      wilsonmelissaAug 18, 2025
If the arm of your OMCN Lifting Systems lifts with pumping but then descends, the check valve may be dirty or damaged. Dismount the valve and clean it with compressed air. Handle it with care (REF. 41- 42-62 Spare parts table).

Why OMCN Lifting Systems arms do not stay in position?
    • A
      Andrew CarlsonAug 25, 2025
If the arms of your OMCN Lifting Systems aren't staying in position, it could be due to yielded cylinder gaskets or a dirty/damaged lowering device. For the lowering device, take it off (REF. 32-36 Spare parts table), clean it, and replace it if damaged, handling with care. If the cylinder gaskets have yielded, it's best to send the equipment to the maintenance center of your authorized dealer.

How to fix the OMCN Lifting Systems arm that lifts slightly with each pumping action?
    • D
      dwayne41Aug 30, 2025
If your OMCN Lifting Systems arm lifts only slightly with each pump, it could be due to yielded gaskets in the pumping unit or a lack of oil in the tank. To resolve the gasket issue, remove the pumping unit body that houses the gaskets and replace them (REF. 49- 50 Spare parts table). If there is a lack of oil, send the equipment to the maintenance centre of your authorized dealer.

Why the arm of my OMCN Lifting Systems does not reach the maximum declared height?
    • C
      courtney42Sep 4, 2025
The arm of your OMCN Lifting Systems may not be reaching its maximum declared height because there is no oil in the tank. It is recommended to send the jack to the maintenance centre of your authorized dealer.
