WOS water-oil separator
Please read the following instructions carefully before installing separator unit into service.
Trouble free and safe operating of the unit can only be guaranteed if recommendations and
conditions stated in this manual are respected.

WOS water oil separators are designed for separating lubricant oil from condensate in compressed air systems.

Manufacturer is not liable for damage from improper, incorrect, or unreasonable use. Use only genuine spare parts.

Installation Procedure

Initial Setup and Placement

Unpack device, place near wall with access to front. Ensure filter elements (white in chamber 1, carbon in chamber 2) are correctly inserted.

Pre-filling and Connection

Fill device with clean water at least 24h before service. Connect device to system and outlet to sewage.

Maintenance and Filter Replacement

Routine Checks and Filter Lifespan

Check water quality weekly. Replace filter when 4000 operating hours, 12 months, or high oil concentration is reached.

Component Replacement and Leak Checks

Replace damaged components. If severely damaged, replace the entire vessel. Perform leak checks after maintenance.

Warranty Exclusion Conditions

Non-Compliance with Instructions

Guarantee void if operating instructions, initial commissioning, or maintenance are not followed.

Improper Operation and Parts

Warranty excluded if unit is operated improperly, clearly defective, used with non-original parts, or outside technical parameters.
