Signal ON-delay/OFF-delay:
Power is continuously applied.
Timing begins on both the leading
and trailing edges of the start
input. The output relay switches
when the accumulated time from
the leading edge equals the set
time, either connecting or
disconnecting load. It also
switches for the set amount of time
from the trailing edge of the start
input.
