INFORMATION
This manual contains installation and operation in-
structions as well as information required for proper
maintenance, adjustment and repair of the NH
generating set. Because the first and most important
part of repair work is the correct diagnosis of the
trouble, this manual includes
a
troubleshooting chart.
Study and follow the instructions carefully. Proper
service and maintenance will result in longer unit life
and better performance.

Manuraccurer extends (o the original purchaser of Goods for use. ihe following
warranties, subject to the qualifications indicated:
HI Manufacturer warrants satisfactory performance for a period of one (I) year from the
date each product is placed in service, so longassueh product is installed, operated and
serviced in accordance with Manufacturer's written insinjctions. TH IS WARRANTY
IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Manufacturer's liability and purchaser*' sole remedy for a failureof Goods to perform
as warranted, and forany and all other claims arising out ofthe purchase and use ofthe
Goods, including negligence on the part of Manufacturer, shall be limited to the repair
or replacement of Goods returned to Manufacturer's factory or one ofits Authorized
Service Stations, transportation prepaid. The cost of any labor included shall be as
specified in Manuracturers written instructions. MANUFACTURER SHALL IN "
NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES.
(clAll claims shall be brought to Manufacturer's attention within Thirty (30) days after
discovery that the Goods failed to perform as warranted, but in no event shall a claim
be accepted after one (1) year from the date such product is placed in service.
No person is authorized to give any olher warranty or to assume any other liability on
Manufacturer's behalf unless made or assumed in writing by an Officer of
Manufacturer, and no person is authorised to give any warranty or assume any
liabilities on the Manufacturer's behalf unless made or assumed in writing by such
Manufacturer.
