BLEEDING FUEL SYSTEM
Bleed fuel system whenever the filtersare changed or
when there is air in the lines.
Procedure:
Manually actuate fuel transfer pump until air bubbles
are all out and clear fuel flows from the bleed valve
automatically, Figure
37.
If the transfer pump cam lobe is on the high side, the priming lever
will not operate the pump. Rotate the flywheel one revOh!iOn
before operating the priming lever.
