CALL CENTRE
1 Call history
1 Missed calls – lists calls you have not answered.
2 Dialled calls – lists calls you have made.
3 Received calls – lists calls you have received.
4 Delete call logs – to delete call logs for different types of call or
all calls,
1 Dialled calls,
2 Missed calls,
3 Received calls,
4 All calls.
5 Call timers – shows the times for your last call, total dialled calls,
received calls.
2 Call settings
1 Call waiting – determines whether people that call whilst you are
on another call can wait for you to finish the call.
1 activate,
2 deactivate,
3 query status.
2 Call divert – these can be activated to divert the selected type of
call to another number or your voicemail
1 Divert all calls,
2 Divert if unreachable,
3 Divert if no answer,
4 Divert if busy,
5 Divert all data calls,
6 Cancel all diverts.
3 Call barring
1 Outgoing calls – stops calls being made from your phone,
1 All voice calls,
2 International calls,
3 International calls except your home number.
2 Incoming calls – stops your phone receiving calls,
1 All voice calls,
2 Voice calls when roaming (abroad).
3 Cancel all – cancels the above.
4 Change barring password – the default password is
1122.
4 Advanced settings
1 Auto redial – if you press and hold the green call key it will
automatically redial the last number dialled and can be switched on
or off.
2 Call time reminder – a periodic beep to remind you how long you
have been on the phone.
3 Answer mode
Any key – you can answer the phone by pressing any button instead
of just the green call key.
Auto answer when in headset mode.
MESSAGING
1 Write message – type your message
The letters are available via the number keypad (e.g. press 3 once to
get d, twice for e, three times for f and four times for 3).
Pressing the # key will change the keypad from letters to numbers,
Pressing * will give you punctuation,
Pressing 0 will put a space between your words,
When you have finished your message;

Either enter the telephone number or select the contact from
your phonebook

2 Insert symbol – another option to insert symbols
3 Input method
1 Abc – Your sentences will have capital letters at the start,
2 ABC – all text will be in capitals,
3 abc – all text will be in lower case,
4 Numeric – numbers only,
5 Save – saves your message to Drafts.
2 Inbox – the messages you receive will be stored here.
3 Drafts – Messages that you have started to type but not sent will be stored
here
4 Outbox – Messages that you have sent but have not left your phone yet,
this can happen in areas with poor Network Connection. When the message
has gone it will move to the sent folder.
5 Sent messages – messages that you have sent
6 SMS settings
1 SIM
1 SMSC Address – shows your number.
2 Delivery report – this can be set to on or off, if on you
will receive a message each time you send a text and it has
been delivered.
3 Reply path – allows your text recipient to reply to you.
2 Memory status – shows how many messages are stored on
your phone and how many on the SIM card.
3 Save sent messages – Saves your sent messages or
automatically deletes them.
4 Preferred storage – saves your messages to the phone or
the SIM card.
7 Voicemail server – where your voicemails are saved.
