Why does my Oneida Air Systems Ultimate Dust Deputy have low air volume?
    • C
      Casey PalmerJul 28, 2025
If your Oneida Air Systems Vacuum Cleaner has low air volume, it might be clogged. First, clean the vacuum and its filter according to the manufacturer's specifications. Then, check all hose connections for any blockages within the hose.

What to do if the hose keeps pulling off my Oneida Air Systems Ultimate Dust Deputy Vacuum Cleaner?
    • C
      Chelsea SnowAug 3, 2025
If the hose keeps pulling off of your Oneida Air Systems Vacuum Cleaner, it's likely that the hose connections are not tight enough. Due to the varied hose diameters, flexible couplers can be used, which are available at local hardware stores in the plumbing section. Alternatively, use a hose clamp. You can also wrap the inlet and outlet of the Dust Deputy with a layer of electrical tape to increase the friction fit. For a more secure connection, use a sheet metal screw. Finally, ensure the static grounding pathway is maintained via the use of conductive tape and/or metal wire.

Why doesn't the dust bin fit on my Festool® CT Mini/CT Midi Vacuum Oneida Air Systems Ultimate Dust Deputy Vacuum Cleaner?
    • J
      Jeremy SmithAug 9, 2025
If the dust bin doesn't fit on your Festool® CT Mini/CT Midi Vacuum, it is because it has the same footprint as the Systainer tool boxes and will protrude slightly over the edge of the CT Mini and CT Midi vacuums. For additional security with these vacuum models, it is recommended to hold the Ultimate Dust Deputy down with ratchet straps or bungee cords.

How to fix Oneida Air Systems Ultimate Dust Deputy not separating well?
    • L
      Lawrence BrownAug 15, 2025
If your Oneida Air Systems Vacuum Cleaner isn't separating dust well (with only a tiny amount of dust reaching the vacuum), it could be due to air leaks in the drum. Check for leaks between the lid and the dust drum, inspect the dust drum for holes or leaks, and examine the flange of the cyclone for any leaks.

What to do if material swirls in cyclone and won't drop into the dust container of my Oneida Air Systems Ultimate Dust Deputy Vacuum Cleaner?
    • C
      Christopher MillerAug 21, 2025
If material swirls in the cyclone of your Oneida Air Systems Vacuum Cleaner and won't drop into the dust container, it may be due to collecting large, bulky material. To resolve this, restart the vacuum or temporarily cut off the airflow to help the material drop down.
