Allows removing current appointments directly from the sign.
Buttons for booking, cancelling, and adjusting appointments on the sign.
Shows room status, name, and upcoming meetings on the signage.
Tap the 'Book' button on the signage to start the booking process.
Select desired date and time for the appointment on the booking screen.
Press the 'Confirm' button before the meeting starts to confirm attendance.
If not confirmed, the meeting status turns red and may be auto-cancelled.
Use '+' to add time or '-' to shorten the appointment duration.
Tap 'Apply' to confirm the selected changes to the appointment time.
Tap the 'Delete' button to cancel the current appointment.
