Troubleshooting
Outgoing calls are not connected
First ensure the called party is powered on.
Ensure you have accessed the right cellular
network. Then check whether you have set call
barring for the phone number you are dialing.
If you are still having trouble after trying the
tips above, please write down the following items:
Device model and serial number;
Details of warranty card;
Trouble description.
Then contact the local dealer or service OnePlus
center.
