A-60. PHIRNI

Ingredients:
50 gm Rice (soak and form paste).
600mlmilk
100gm sugar or to taste
½ tsp cardamom powder.
2 tbsp dry fruit chopped
A pinch of saffron
Method:
1) In microwave safe bowl (without lid), add all ingredient
(except sugar) & mix well.
2) Set the auto cook menu and stir in between
3) Add Sugar in the last 2 Mins
4) Serve hot & chilled.

1 Pineapple (Peeled and chopped)
2 Big orange. (Peeled and chopped)
2 Big Mosambies (Peeled and chopped)
2tbsplemonjuice
Sugar and black salt to taste
Method:
1) Mix all the fruit in a juicer and out juice, add sugar and black
salt &Mix well.
2) In a micro safe bowl (without lid) add fruit juice and set the
auto cook menu and stir in between.
3) When it cool set in a refrigerator.
4) While serving add ice.

3 cups coconut milk/600 ml milk
50 gm basmati rice (soak and from paste)
½ cup fresh cream
1-cup jaggary (crushed gur)
Method:

4) Sprinkle grated coconut on it and serve hot and cold.
