Do not handle the speakers with wet or damp hands.
Precautions for unpacking
Cabinet
The speaker cabinet was crafted from the same materials and utilized the same processing technology and fin-
ish processing as Takamine guitars. The fine tone wood materials (which are usually reserved for guitars) is
an organic, natural material, and is very susceptible and sensitive to environmental changes (compared to typ-
ical speakers).
Be careful not to expose the unit to extremely low or high humidity, or high temperatures. Otherwise, the unit
may become deformed, or in the worst case, may crack.
Pay proper attention to the environmental conditions of your installation location.
Re-locating the unit
When you re-locate the unit, hold the bottom of the unit securely from the sides. Do not touch the speaker
component parts with your hand. Otherwise, the speaker components may be damaged.
Be careful not to drop the speaker. The speaker’s protective cover is slippery. If the protective cover is
attached to the unit, remove the cover before you move the unit. If you try to hold the sides of the
speaker while the protective cover is attached, the speaker may fall, resulting in injury or damage.
