  First, make sure that the AC power cord of the sound bar is properly plugged in. If it is, the protection circuit may be activated. Unplug the AC power cord and plug it back in after 5 minutes or more to reset it.

  There might be several reasons why you are not getting any sound. First, check if the input signal is set correctly, as DTS and AAC signals may not be supported. Also, verify that the volume level is not set to “Min(0”, and that muting is not activated. Ensure that all connections are correctly made. If you are using Bluetooth, confirm that the sound bar is not too far from the Bluetooth enabled devices and is properly paired with them.

  Check the following: ensure the battery polarity is correct and that the battery is not dead (replace it if necessary). Make sure the distance and angle to the sound bar are correct and there are no obstacles blocking the signal. Also, strong light (like inverter-type fluorescent lights or direct sunshine) shining on the remote sensor may interfere with the signal. Finally, check if you are using the remote controller for another equipment simultaneously.
