3. Focus gain adjustment
Set
the
output
of
AF
oscillator
to
800Hz,
1~1.5Vp-p.
Play
the
track
2
of test
disc.
Connect
the
oscilloscope
and
the
AF
oscillator
as
shown
below.

Adjust R117 until 800Hz components of channels 1 and
2 on oscilloscope become same level.
After adjustment, disconnect the AF oscillator and the
oscilloscope.
4. Tracking gain adjustment
Set the output of AF oscillator to 1.2kHz, 1~1.5Vp-p.
Play the track 2 of test disc.
Connect the oscilloscope and the AF oscillator as shown
below.

Adjust R116 until 1.2kHz components of channels 1 and
2 on oscilloscope become same level.
After adjustment, disconnect the AF oscillator and the
oscilloscope.
After
adjustment,
confirm
that
the
center
of
tracking
error
signal
becomes
GND
level.
