1. Mode: Program settings
In the selection level

Note: If 3 seconds application time is set up for both sides, the interval between
the impulses will raise automatically from 20 seconds to 50 seconds! (due to slower
venous refill time with arterial diseases)

Note: If there is a power outage, the device has to be switched on again (see Starting-
up the Device). In this case, the controller automatically resets to the default factory
settings. Any changes made to the pressure settings/programme are lost and have to be
reset.
2. Beeper: Volume control for beep signals
In the selection level

can change the volume here. Choose a volume from 1 to 8 (quiet to loud). (

3. Timer: Application duration setting
In the selection level

, conrm the setting with the -button to enter the submenu.
The application duration for the patient can be congured in the Timer menu. The selection
range is 0-15h.
Press the -/ -button on the right to congure the desired application time (“time” ashes
on the display). Press the -button to conrm the input. The input is indicated by brief
ashing of the mmHg/secs.

When the timer is active, the symbol (manikin) and ‘hrs’ (time in hours) ash on the centre of
the display. (

About every 12 seconds the
display switches to the respective selected program.
Resetting the patient hours
Switch on the power switch.

After the device is switched on, the power switch is lit up
green. A welcome messages is shown on the display.

A 5-second countdown follows (5-
4-3-2-1-0), shown at the top left on the display. (

tient hours to 0, the -button on the right has to be pressed and held during the 5-second
countdown (5-4-3-2-1-0) while the device is powered up. An overview for putting the device
