Enable this option to allow for a unique output to be presented on the Fire bell voltage
circuit. The output cycle will be:
1/2 second on
1/2 second off
1/2 second on
1/2 second off
1/2 second on
2 1/2 second off
and will repeat the above cycle until the bell cutoff time has expired.
