Problems and Solutions
If you come across a problem, please use this checklist before

Fault Solutions
The cleaner will
not produce
steam.
1. Ensure that the cleaner is plugged into the power
supply and that the cleaner is in the unlocked
position.
2. Ensure that the water tank is filled with cold water.
3. Remove the water tank cap and reinstall the water
tank cap securely.
The cleaner
leaves too
much water on
the floor.
1. Replace with a dry mop pad.
