Warranty Period
Subject to the Warranty Conditions and Exclusions stated above, your OptiTech heat pump water heater system is warranted in a
residential application as follows:
Heat pump unit − OptiTech warrants all parts labour on the OptiTech water heater system for a period of 12 months from date
of installation. Extended warranty can be purchased. To purchase, please contact your sales rep, or contact OptiTech directly.
Labour costs are paid directly to the servicing contractor per the payment cost schedule published by OptiTech and revised
from time to time as per OptiTech requirements.
Tank unit − OptiTech warrants that the tank will be free from defects for 12months with 100% replacement guarantee.
Extended warranty can be purchased. To purchase, please contact your sales rep, or contact OptiTechdirectly.
In a commercial or industrial application, the warranty period on both OptiTech heat pump water heater system
models are reduced to 12 months, parts only warranty.
