TIP :
Speed lever adjustment is necessary only when transmission is dis-
assembled. In case neutral position does not match to label indica-
tion, make this adjustment.
BLADE CLUTCH WIRE ADJUSTMENT
Place the height of cut lever to forward and also place the blade
clutch lever to ON( ) position.
Refer to figure(left), loosen the lock nut of blade clutch wire and ad-
just with adjust nut.
If blade belt is not tensioned enough,
-Move the adjust nut toward B.
If blade belt is tensioned too much,
-Move the adjust nut toward A.
After the adjustment, securely tighten the lock nut.
TIP :
Length of spring :
-Cutting height at maximum : L = about 120mm
-Cutting height at lowest : L = about 135mm
DIFFERENTIAL LOCK WIRE ADJUSTMENT
1) Refer to figure(left), loosen the lock nut of differential lock
wire and adjust with adjust nut. After this adjustment, make sure
if it works properly.
If differential lock is not activated,
-Move the adjust nut toward A.
If differential lock is not cancelled,
-Move the adjust nut toward B.
2) After this adjustment, securely tighten the lock nut.
