TROUBLESHOOTING
h The battery is exhausted.
No power.
h Put the camera in your pocket or another
warm place to heat it.
h You are using the camera in extremely
cold condition.
The battery runs out
quickly.
h Switch the camera on.
h Download the images to the PC, and
delete some unwanted images.
h The Auto Power Off function has switched
the camera off.
h The memory is fully recorded.
No photograph is taken
when the shutter button
is pressed.
h Hold the camera firmly.
h Take the shot from a distance within the
photography range (approx. 60 cm to
infinity).
h Take care to pop the lens up correctly
so that it is not skewed.
h The camera or subject was moving when
the shot was taken.
h You are too close to the subject (outside
the photography range) when you take
the shot.
h The pop-up lens is skewed.
The image is blurred.
h Switch the camera off and then on
again.
h Recharge the battery.
h Camera malfunctions.
h The battery is exhausted.
Nothing happens when
you use the camera
buttons and switch.
Problem Cause Remedy
h Recharge the battery.
