5.1.2-
Check the condion of the tyres, they should have sucient tread depth and be without tears.
Control the tyre inaon and wheel nut torque before transport to a new locaon. See specicaons chap-
ter: 6.5 and 6.6
5.1.3-
The chain -tension must be controlled and that the chains are supplied with sucient lubricant oil. Look for
abnormal wear and tear on gears and chains. Replace worn parts as needed.
Contact your local supplier or Orkel Compacon AS directly if you have any doubts about parts must be re-
placed.
Chain tensioner A:
Tighten the bolt unl there is a 3mm clearance on chain.
See picture to the right.
Unghten the bolts holding the bracket. Adjust the chain tension by
turning the nut on the bolt. Tighten the bolts holding the bracket when
the chain -tension is OK.
Chain tensioner B og C:
The length of the spring should be
between 130 - 140mm.
Increase the chain tension by ghten
the nut on the bolt.

Check out all the emergency switches is in perfect working order. Check the knife’s condion and its align-
ment with the rollers.
