The oil level is monitored by the control box. A alarm stang “oil level - low” is displayed in the control box.
Check oil level frequently, by looking into the level glass on the oil reservoir tank. Top up if necessary.
Check the oil - condion minimum once a year. Change oil minimum every third year. See specicaons in
chapter 5.2.6. - 3 pcs, must be changed minimum once every year.

Check the hydraulic system for any leakages, and no hoses is rubbing against sharp edges on the machine.



Check the input sha, it’s splines and bearings.
Check the bolts holding the gearbox, and reght-
en if necessary.
Check the oil level in gearbox, by unscrewing the
dipsck.
Level should be between max and min. Top up if necessary.
The gear oil must be changed minimum once a
year, or when needed. See approved lubricants in
chapter 5.2.6
When changing gear oil, the magnet plug
must also be cleaned. Inspect the amount of met-
al shavings on the plug. If there’s a lot of shavings present, it’s indicang excessive wear in the gear box.
