If your device requires an OTA update, the app will notify you
to perform an OTA update on "Firmware Update". Follow the
on-screen instructions to complete the process.

① Q: How to unlock the door when the Smart Lock doesn't work?
A: Can use the provided key to unlock.
② Q: How to unlock the door when the Smart Lock's battery
runs low?
A: Insert a Type-C USB cable into the Type-C USB port and use
a portable battery to power the Smart Lock.
③ Q: How to unlock the door if the Smart Lock's locked ?
(Locked due to incorrect password for many times）
A: The lock will return to normal after two minutes.
