English Installation
1.
Unpack the two parts of the
machine and remove the
packaging material. (The
machine is packaged with
recyclable plastic.)
2.
Fit the end guards.
Use the screws that are
located on the small
damper plate/stop and t/
place the side guards on
the outside.
3.
Fit the two chambers
together.
Fit the main power switch.
4. Connect the machine to the
mains.
Electrical installation:
A qualied electrician
must only ensure that the
correct electrical power,
in accordance with these
instructions, is available
for the installation of the
machine. The electrician, or
any other person, may not
switch on the power to or
start the machine.
This may only be carried out
by the authorised installer
in accordance with the
installation instructions.
5. Open the front cover and
secure it in the open position
(using the hook).
Turn the main power switch
to “1” (make sure that the
emergency stop is pulled out).
6. Open the door.
7. Temporarily swap over the
connectors Y1 and Y2.
8. Dangerous machine
movement!
Raise the cylinder by
pressing the up arrow.
NOTE! Check and adjust
the hoses as the cylinder
rises. Stop when the cylinder
reaches the beam.
9. Securely screw the cylinder
into the beam.
Please read all the instructions before commencing the installation.
Failure to follow the instructions could result in personal injury or damage to the machine.
Ensure that no one except the authorised installer is in the vicinity of the machine during the installation
process! Only one person may carry out the installation.
The installation must be carried out by qualied personnel.
Some of the steps involve dangerous machine movement. Exercise caution, as there is a great
risk of serious crushing injuries.
