Why is my Osaki OS-Pro 4D DuoMax Massager not working after I turn it on?
    • M
      michellenguyenAug 12, 2025
If the Osaki Massager function isn't working or some functions are disabled after turning it on, you need to manually select an automatic massage program or other working state after pressing the power switch. The machine will automatically shut down after 20 minutes if no operation is performed. In manual mode, unselected functions may be disabled; manually set the working mode.

What to do if the Osaki OS-Pro 4D DuoMax massage wheel doesn't reach my shoulders or neck?
    • M
      Matthew PerryAug 19, 2025
If the Osaki Massager's massage wheel doesn't reach your shoulders or neck, it might be because your shoulder position was detected lower than it actually is during the body shape detection process. To resolve this, sit as deeply as possible into the seat, rest your head on the headrest, and restart the detection process.

Why does my Osaki Massager make a rubbing sound?
    • T
      Tanya SantanaAug 27, 2025
The Osaki Massager may produce a slight rubbing sound when adjusting its posture due to the inherent characteristics of the high-grade anti-corrosion leather used, which meets environmental protection requirements. This slight noise during movement is normal. However, if you hear fabric or leather tearing, stop using the machine immediately and seek professional maintenance.

Why does my Osaki OS-Pro 4D DuoMax Massager beep when adjusting the calf mechanism or backrest?
    • T
      Taylor LawsonSep 3, 2025
The Osaki Massager emits a continuous "beep, beep" sound when the calf mechanism or backrest reaches a certain position because of a limited protection design for the limit state of attitude adjustment, which is due to product structure design and ergonomic requirements. The sound is a reminder that the limit has been reached.
