What to do if my Osaki Massager does not work?
- LloveanaAug 5, 2025
If your Osaki Massager isn't working, first ensure it's properly plugged into the wall socket and that the voltage matches your local mains. If it just finished a 15-minute massage, it might be in standby mode; simply press the POWER button again. If you've used it continuously for 45 minutes, the overheat protection may have activated; unplug it and let it cool for 60 minutes. Also, check for excessive weight on the massager; remove it, then switch the massager back on.
