Operation
Daily routine
1. Check and document the maximum and minimum temperatures once a day.
2. Press the max and min buttons respectively and note the temperatures.
3. Finish by resetting.
4. Reset by depressing button 2 for at least 3 seconds.
5. rES is displayed and the reset is complete.
6. Check the defrost water container (the large bottle), empty as necessary.
In the case of alarm
1. Press button 2 (2) briefly to shut off the acoustic signal.
2. Press button three (3) to record the maximum temperature.
3. Press button four (4) to record the minimum temperature.
4. When the correct temperature has been obtained finish by resetting.
5. Reset by depressing button 2 (2) for at least 3 seconds.
6. rES is displayed and the reset is complete.
At PF (power fail) in display
1. PF appears when there is power failure and the temperature is higher than +8 degrees C when
the power come back.
2. Press button two (2) briefly to acknowledge which causes PF to disappear from the display.
Description of the display
Button one (1) (concealed): Manual defrost and up.
This button is used if extra defrosting is required. Depress the button for 3 seconds to start extra
defrosting. Button one (1) is also used together with button five (5) to adjust the temperature. See the
instructions for button five (5)
Button two (2): Alarm reset and down
Press briefly to shut off the audible alarm. To reset the minimum/maximum function values depress
for 3 seconds until rES is shown in the display. This button is also used together with button five (5) to
adjust the temperature. See the instructions for button five (5).
