workmanship. Proof of purchase must accompany all claims. During the warranty period OSD

AUDIO will replace any defective part and correct any defect in workmanship without charge for

either parts or labor

OSD AUDIO may replace returned speakers with a product of equal value and performance. In

such cases, some modifications to the mounting may be necessary and are not OSD AUDIO’s

responsibility.

For this warranty to apply, the unit must be installed and used according to its written instructions.

If necessary, repairs must be performed by OSD AUDIO. The unit must be returned to OSD AUDIO

at the owner’s expense and with prior written permission. Accidental damage and shipping damage

are not considered defects, nor is damaged resulting from abuse or from servicing performed by an

agency or person not specifically authorized in writing by OSD Audio

OSD AUDIO sells products only through authorized dealers and distributors to ensure that

customers obtain proper support and service. Any OSD AUDIO product purchased from an

unauthorized dealer or other source, including retailers, mail order dealers and online sellers will

not be honored or serviced under existing OSD AUDIO warranty policy. Any sale of product by an

unauthorized source or other manner not authorized by OSD AUDIO shall void the warranty on the

applicable product.

Damage to or destruction of components due to application of excessive power voids the warranty

on those parts. In these cases, repairs will be made on the basis of the retail value of the parts and

labor. To return for repairs, you must email customer service at RMA@audiogeargroup.com for a

Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number then the unit must be shipped to OSD AUDIO

at the owner’s expense, along with a note explaining the nature of service required. Be sure to

pack the product(s) in a corrugated container with at least 3 inches of resilient material to protect

the unit from damage in transit.

This Warranty Does Not Cover: Damage caused by abuse, accident, misuse, negligence, or

improper operation (installation) • Any products that have been altered or modified • Any product

whose identifying number of decal, serial #, etc. has been altered, defaced or removed • Normal

wear and maintenance.

This document describes the OSD Audio Forza Pendant Speaker, available in two models: Forza 5 and Forza 6. These are pendant-style speakers designed for both indoor and outdoor use, offering versatile mounting options and robust construction.

Function Description

The OSD Audio Forza Pendant Speakers are designed to deliver high-quality audio in various environments, including outdoor and commercial settings. Their pendant design allows them to be hung from ceilings, making them suitable for spaces with high ceilings or where traditional wall-mounted speakers are not ideal. They can also be adapted for landscape or surface mounting with optional kits. Usage Features

Installation and Mounting: The primary mounting method for these speakers is pendant-style, utilizing a hanging cable and a buckle part for secure connection. The installation process involves:

Attaching the top cover and fastening the provided eye-hook to both the top cover and the speaker.
Routing the speaker cable from the ceiling through the top cover and dressing it to the wire rope using plastic cable ties. The cable ends should be stripped approximately 1/8" to 3/16".
Connecting the wires from the amplifier (or the previous speaker in a daisy-chain setup) to the supplied speaker terminal block, following the red (+) and black (-) polarity.
Ensuring the speaker is properly secured to the ceiling/building structure using appropriate screws, bolts, or anchors (not included) to prevent potential damage or injuries.

Versatile Mounting Options: In addition to pendant mounting, optional landscape/surface mount kits are available for both Forza 5 (FORZA-5-KIT) and Forza 6 (FORZA-6-KIT) models. These kits allow the speakers to be installed on surfaces or integrated into landscape designs, expanding their application possibilities.

Adjustable Tilt: The speakers feature an adjustment screw on the bracket, allowing users to loosen it, tilt the speaker to the desired position, and then securely tighten the screws. This feature enables precise aiming of the sound for optimal coverage.

Safety Guidelines:

Before installing into a ceiling or wall, check the structure for weight-bearing ability and avoid contact with wiring or plumbing.
Avoid installing on soft materials or in areas incapable of supporting the speaker's weight.
For outdoor installations, choose areas like the underside of eaves to avoid strong direct sunlight, which can affect the color and life of the speaker enclosure.
When placing speakers on a wall or shelf, it's recommended to install them at ear level or slightly higher.
Use only approved and certified wiring, avoiding stretching or placing wires in contact with sharp objects.
Do not overdrive speakers to the point of distortion; reduce volume before switching input sources.
Turn off power when the speaker is unused for long periods.
Damage to the woofer and tweeter can occur if the speaker is dropped or hit, leading to no sound or distorted sound.
