It features a powerful motor and comes with three main attachments: a dough hook, a beater, and an egg whisk, each suited for specific functions. Trial Use:
- Turn the locking switch and lift the machine arm.

- Fix the splash cover onto the mixing blade, then lock the blade into the machine.
- Push the upper part of the machine down and turn the locking switch up to secure the arm.
- Plug in the cord and slowly turn the speed knob from "1" to "8," trying each speed for a few seconds.
- After the trial, turn the switch to "OFF."
- Turn the locking switch, lift the arm, and detach the mixing blade from the connector.
Operation Guide:
- To mix or Knead dough:
- Suggested flour to water ratio: 5:3.
- Maximum dry flour: 800g.
- Use speed 1 for 1 minute, then speed 2 for 4 minutes.
- Do not exceed the maximum mixture quantity.
- Use the dough blade (dough hook) for this operation.
- Whisking egg whites or cream:
- Switch on speed 6 to 8.
- Whisk egg whites for about 5 minutes until stiff (depending on egg size).
- Maximum quantity: 20 eggs; Minimum quantity: 3 eggs.
- For whipped cream, whip 250ml fresh cream at speed 6 to 8 for about 5 minutes.
- Do not exceed the maximum mixture quantity.
- Use the egg beater (whisk) for this operation.
- Mixing shakes, cocktails, or other liquids:
- Mix ingredients according to the recipe, from speed 1 to 8 for about 5 minutes.
- Do not exceed the maximum quantity in the mixing bowl.
- Use the mixer beater for this operation.
- Maximum operating time: 4 minutes.
Warnings during operation:
- Always lock the bowl before operating the stand mixer.
- The bowl and beater are designed for thorough mixing, requiring infrequent scraping (once or twice is usually sufficient).
- Turn off the stand mixer before scraping.
- The stand mixer may warm up during extended use, which is normal.
Maintenance Features (Cleaning):
- Before cleaning, ensure the switch knob is at "OFF" and the plug is disconnected.
- Allow the appliance to cool down after use.
- Clean the exterior with a damp cloth and soapy water.
- Do not use abrasive detergents or alcohol-based cleaning products on interior, exterior, or protective dust cover.
- Never submerge the appliance in water.
- The dough beater, mixer beater, and mixing bowl are not dishwasher safe and should not be cleaned in a dishwasher as this will damage them.
- These accessories must be cleaned only in warm water with washing-up liquid.
