3.4.13 FRAX
FRAX Mode predicts the risk of fracture within the next 10 years using
the patient's lifestyle and medication use.
The FRAX results predict the risk of femoral fractures and major
osteoporotic fractures (vertebral, wrist, femur, and shoulder fractures)
within 10 years.
This function was developed by the World Health Organization (WHO)
to assess the risk of patient fracture. Since the agency has provided
the relevant functions, the following site provides the details and the
same results.

This function offers FRAX result by using patients medical questionnaire about
fracture-related risk factors.
NOTE :This function is only available for patients aged 40 years or older,
and 90 years or below.
When entering from the Patient List screen
In the Patient List window, select the Add Patient or Modify Patient menu.

If your patient is over 40 years old and below 90 years old, the FRAX button
will be activated and you can fill in the FRAX information.
