and let marinate. Place leg
quarters on the tray with the
“drum stick” facing up and
cook for 22 minutes, then ip
to allow a different area to be
exposed to the hot air and
cook for 12 minutes, then ip
again and allow the
opposite area to be exposed
to the hot air. Cook until
center temperature is 75C or
higher.
Steak (Rib eye) 0.6 Meat 200 15 No
Pat dry steak, marinate with
salt and desired condiments,
allow 30 min for marinating,
pat dry again. Pre-heat air
fryer for 3 min and place
steak inside, let cook for two
minutes and ip. Flip one
more time half way through
the cooking process.
This preset cooks steak to
well done - light pink middle
7min > Medium
9min > Medum Well
12min > Well Done
Pork chops 0.6 Meat 200 30 No
Pat dry and season,
preaheat the air fryer for 3
minutes and place the chops
on the air frying tray. Cook
for 3 min and ip. Continue
cooking and ip again
halfway through the cooking
process.
Fresh Salmon 0.6 Fish 180 16 Yes
Pat dry salmon, brush with
olive oil, marinate with a mix
of lemon juice, lemon zest,
minced garlic, parsley, salt
and pepper. Pre-heat air
fryer to 180C for 3 minutes,
then place salmon inside and
cook for 16 - 19 min
