Connect Power and Ethernet Cable

Plug the camera into the electric power outlet and connect the Ethernet cable to the router and camera.

Launch the Ouvis App

Open the Ouvis app to access the "Home Page".

Search and add the camera

Initiate Device Addition

Click "Add Device" to navigate to the "Add Device" page.

Perform LAN Search

Click "LAN Search" to find online Ouvis cameras on the local network.

Select Camera from Search Results

Click on the camera name (e.g., "WIFICAM") in the search results.

Input Device Information

Enter device details, using "admin" for User and leaving Password blank.

Confirm Camera Online Status

Verify "WIFICAM" shows "On Line" on the "Home Page" after adding.

Configure the Wi-Fi connection of the camera

Ensure Smartphone Wi-Fi Connection

Confirm your smartphone is connected to the router's 2.4G Wi-Fi band.

Access Camera Settings

On the Home Page, click the "GEAR" icon next to the online camera.

Initiate Wi-Fi Network Scan

Select "Wi-Fi Setting", then "Wi-Fi Network List" to find available networks.

Select Your Wi-Fi Network

Choose the same Wi-Fi network your smartphone is connected to.

Enter Wi-Fi Password

Input the correct password for your selected Wi-Fi network.

Finalize Wi-Fi Setup and Reboot

Click "Done", camera reboots, indicator light shows status, and it becomes wireless.

Creating the camera password to ensure your privacy

Access User Settings

Click the yellow warning icon on the "Home Page" to access "User Setting".

Set Administrator Password

Enter a new password for the Administrator and click "Done".

Confirm Password Change

Camera reboots, logs in with new password, and the warning icon disappears.
