· A broadband Internet connection.
· A wireless access point (WiFi) connected to
your broadband Internet, preferably via a
router.
· If your wireless network is congured to use
Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP) or WiFi
Protected Access (WPA & WPA2) data encryp-
tion you need to know the WEP or WPA/
WPA2 code in order to enable you to make
the Internet radio communicate with the
network.
· If you do not know the code, please contact
your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or other
wireless router supplier.
· If your wireless network is congured with
MAC ltering you will need to enter the
Radio’s MAC address into your wireless access
point. To nd the Radio’s MAC address you
must enter into the following menu items:
Main menu1.
System settings2.
Network3.
View settings4.
MAC Address5.
· To enter the MAC address into your wireless
access point, you must read the instructions
supplied with the wireless access point.
Before you continue, make sure that your wire-
less access point is powered up and connected
to your broadband Internet. To get this part of
the system working you must read the instruc-
tions supplied with the wireless access point.
