Ensure scale is on a flat surface, dry, and calibrated before use. Avoid wet surfaces.
Step on to activate. Multiple readings may show while calculating. Final weight remains on screen.

Verify batteries are inserted correctly with +/- terminals aligned.
Ensure the scale is on a flat, level floor, not touching walls or objects.
Replace with two new AAA batteries of the same type when 'Lo' appears.
