to other rights and remedies which are available to you at law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded

at law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for

compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also

entitled to have the goods repaired

or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not

amount to a major failure.

Generally you will be responsible for all costs associated with

a claim under this warranty, however, where you have suffered

any additional direct loss as a result of a defective product you

may be able to claim such expenses by contacting our customer service helpline

above.

WARNING

The following actions will result in the warranty being

void.

• If the tool has been operated on a supply voltage other

than that specied on the tool.

• If the tool shows signs of damage or defects caused

by or resulting from abuse, accidents or alterations.

• Failure to perform maintenance as set out within the instruction manual.

• If the tool is disassembled or tampered with in any way.

• Professional, industrial or high frequency use.

5 YEAR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

Your Product is guaranteed for a period of 60 months from the original date of

purchase and is intended for DIY (Do It Yourself) use only. If a product is defective it

will be replaced in accordance with the terms of this warranty. Lithium Ion

batteries and chargers are covered by a 36 month

warranty. Warranty excludes consumable parts, for example: wheels, blade,

cord clips, bearings etc.

Function Description

The Ozito PXBTMS-3638 Brushless Lawn Mower is a battery-operated lawn care tool designed for cutting grass. It utilizes a brushless motor for efficient operation and is powered by two 18V Lithium-Ion batteries from the Ozito PXC range. The mower offers multiple cutting heights and can be used with or without a grass catcher, featuring a mulching plug for shredding cuttings and spreading them back onto the lawn. Its cordless design provides freedom of movement without the restriction of power cords. The mower is equipped with a safety key and a dual-action switch to prevent accidental start-up.

The Ozito 18V Lithium-Ion 4.0Ah Battery (PXBP-400) is a rechargeable power source for compatible Ozito PXC cordless tools. It features a battery charge indicator to display the remaining capacity. The battery is designed for optimal performance with frequent charging and avoidance of exhaustive discharge.

The Ozito 18V Multi-Battery Fast Charger (PXMBC-002) is designed to quickly charge two Ozito PXC 18V Lithium-Ion batteries simultaneously. It features LED indicators to show the charging status of each battery and can be wall-mounted for convenience.

Maintenance Features

Lawn Mower:

Blade Replacement: The metal blade should be replaced after 50 hours of mowing or 2 years, or sooner if cracked or damaged. Requires a 13mm socket to loosen the blade bolt.
Cleaning: Remove grass build-up from the ejector opening. Clean the housing with a moist soft cloth and brush; avoid solvents.
General Checks: Regularly check that all nuts, bolts, and screws are tight. Inspect the grass catcher for wear. Replace worn or damaged parts for safety.
Storage: Store in a dry, frost-free location, out of reach of children.
Safety Precautions: Always remove the safety key and batteries before performing any maintenance. Wear gloves when handling the blade.

Battery:

Charging Practices: Charge frequently, avoid exhaustive discharge, and store with some charge. Recharge every 2-3 months if stored long-term.
Storage Conditions: Store in dry conditions with low humidity between 0-50°C (ideally 15°C). Avoid direct sunlight and temperatures above 50°C.
Damage Prevention: Protect from overloads, damage, and shocks. Do not use if dropped from over a meter or if the housing is damaged.
Moisture Protection: Protect from moisture, rain, and high humidity. Never charge or use wet batteries.
Disassembly: Never attempt to open the battery pack.

Charger:

Cleaning: Disconnect from power source before cleaning. Wipe the surface with a dry, soft cloth; do not use solvents or immerse in liquid.
Cable Maintenance: Protect the cable from damage and sharp edges. Have damaged cables repaired by an authorized service agent.
Storage: Keep in a dry place, out of reach of children.
Disassembly: Do not disassemble the charger. Contact customer service if damaged.
Charging Environment: Charge in dry conditions with low humidity between 10-40°C. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources. Do not cover the charger during use.
