4.14 Turn the ignition key to the ON position (1).
4.15 Then turn and hold the ignition key in the START position (2).
DO NOT hold it in the start position for longer than 5 seconds.
4.16 Once the lawn mower starts, release the key and it will automatically turn to the ON
position.
4.17 If the lawn mower fails to start after 5 seconds, return the key to the ON position and
wait 20 seconds before trying again.
4.18 Allow to run for 15 seconds, then slowly move the choke lever (1) back
towards the run position.
